This is a really interesting website you have made on our hobby. I live in London in England and have been collecting cigarette excise stamps and seals since 2004, when I was at university and bored! I'm fortunate in tworegards, firstly there are people who come from all over the world so I come acrossmany different types of tax stamps nearly every day, and also because British cigarettes are so expensive so everyone brings in their cigarettes from abroad.
